For over 27 years, Dr. Snively held executive leadership positions in higher education and in a large international not-for-profit based in Washington D.C. He has advised and coached executives and senior leadership teams from Fortune 500 companies to national nonprofit and faith-based organizations. Dan is specifically recognized for his effectiveness in the evaluation and performance improvement for senior executives. He uses these insights to build results-driven teams, help organizations develop their leadership pipeline and rebuild effectiveness of leaders in crisis.

Dr. Snively has over 30 years of experience in the assessment field. He has specialized expertise in understanding and evaluating leadership and management behaviors and has authored six multi-assessment reports. In addition, he is recognized for his skill in customizing benchmarks based on high performers to equip struggling leaders to raise their performance and help companies hire better performers from the onset. He has customized batteries for industry-specific areas and mapped the attributes from the instruments to company values to create a narrative that helps leaders achieve extraordinary performance.
Dr. Snively earned his Ed.D. in Leadership, Supervision and Management from Ball State University.
